My goal as a therapist is to help people understand the patterns that shape their lives — why they react the way they do, why certain relationships feel familiar, and why the same struggles can keep resurfacing.
Through this process, therapy creates space between impulse and action, allowing people to step out of autopilot and make more intentional choices about how they want to live, relate, and respond to the world.
The people I tend to work best with are those who are genuinely curious about themselves and open to looking beneath the surface of their experiences. They may feel stuck in familiar patterns or relationships, and want to understand themselves more deeply so they can live with greater freedom, clarity, and authenticity.
